Music as an asset class: 10% yield and low-correlation to standard markets. Music royalties may not have the adrenaline of crypto, but that’s exactly why evergreen tracks (legacy songs by famous artists) attract institutional investors — they offer stable returns over time.

Raising $3.5M to make music investments mainstream. After designing the initial concept, we assembled an engineering team and built the proof of concept. Once the deck and the MVP was ready, we set out to raise $3.5M in funding.

Improving onboarding before launch. Ahead of our public launch with Swedish Idol winner Kevin Walker and Alan Walker, we ran a controlled pre-launch to stress-test the full product flow. We discovered that over 50% of users were dropping off during KYC (identity verification via ID upload). I worked closely with our payment provider to implement UI fixes and feedback loops, reducing onboarding friction by 90%.

All tracks have been sold out. To date, all tracks that have been released on MasterExchange have been sold out. Including tracks by Calvin Harris & the disciples, Alan Walker, Doja Cat, Galantis, HRVY and many more.
